No. There are no age restrictions to use a Wichita Rewards Member Card, however, many of the retailers and service providers in the Wichita Rewards program are adult businesses such as bars, liquor stores, smoke shops & vape shops in which you will need to show valid I.D. to complete your purchase.

No. All of the discounts displayed on our website are all-inclusive with your Wichita Rewards Member Card.

Yes, you can allow your friend to borrow your Wichita Rewards Member Card, however, most discounts offered by retailers and service providers will only allow one use, per person, per card, per visit.

Wichita Rewards Member Cards do not expire until the end of the calendar year on December 31st. The expiration date for your card is printed on the back of your card.

Not YET… Wichita Rewards Member Cards are used in physical transactions with local Wichita restaurants, retailers and service providers. That being said, in 2023, you will be able to use your Member Card online with select Wichita e-commerce sellers!

Yes. Send your damaged card, along with a self addressed stamped envelope to: Wichita Rewards, PO Box 781343 Wichita, KS 67278. We’ll send you a new Wichita Rewards Member Card as soon as possible.

No. We’re sorry, but you’ll have to buy another Wichita Rewards Member Card.
